Description
Jennifer Seelig's research explores the role of schools in community development. In this presentation she will share the story of a rural community and school district in Northern Wisconsin, with a focus on how competition-based education policies unfold in a remote, rural community.

Seelig is the assistant director of UW-Madison's Rural Education Research & Implementation Center.
