Graduate student Erin Doolin (CP) received the American Psychological Association of Graduate Students' LGBT dissertation award for 2011. Doolin's dissertation presents a meta-analysis of studies examining differential suicide rates for LGBT and heterosexual individuals, and examines moderator variables relevant to theories of how these differential rates come about. The Department is delighted that Doolin received this honor as a recognition of the importance of her work.
